Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

If there are weekends or public holidays, shipping will be delayed and processed on the next available business day.

Shipping Delays

In some cases, shipping may be delayed due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to:

  • Severe weather conditions
  • Carrier delays
  • High shipping volume periods
  • Operational disruptions

In such cases, orders will be shipped once conditions stabilize and normal logistics operations resume.

Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, estimated delivery time is 30–45 business days, depending on the destination and logistics conditions.

Please note that delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to external factors.

Shipping Fees

  • Orders over $40 USD qualify for free shipping.
  • For large or heavy items, shipping fees are calculated based on weight and dimensions and are not eligible for free shipping promotions.

Lost or Missing Packages
